Even though I was a bread hunter and astro consultancy was /is the main source of my earnings.. I had tried my best for the accuracy.

Generally other astrologers forget their clients and their charts as well as they step down from their office. But in my case I was to analayse their charts even after they leave my office.

Just as the astrologers of this generation there was no one to teach me astrology. I was to depend only on books in Tamil & also Telugu. (From 1989 ) I was surprised how the noble saints had calculated the position & movements of the planets . After some time when I got some command on results my mind was to dig how those results are assumed /catched. I was to think deeply.

12X12 becomes one hundred and fourty four. It is result. But adding twelve up to 12 times is the method of work out.

Other astrologers were just satisfied with the result. And just marketing it as a product. But I was to dig the method of calculation. Why because fishes at your hand may decay. But if you learn how to catch fishes you can get fresh one for ever.

I was /am a doubting Thomas. There were many historical changes which took place in human life in the last 5000 years. I was worried that Due to these changes in human life there may be at least some changes in the results given in ancient books

Anyhow I was successful to retrieve the formula which was the basis for the results revealed in ancient books.

Even If you are very fresh to astrology you can easily understand the functions of the planets.

The fore castiNgs iN that book were came true iN past. Yet I work /advocate for the HARDY BODY-WINDY MIND-HOLY SOUL
I am just 40 years .Male/Asian /INdian/Tami lion/residiNg at AP/Chittoor. From 1986 I am thiNkiNg about a new world iN which all the people will be with hardy body-wiNdy miNd-holy soul. To achieve it at world level USA has to stop all of its production of weapons, provokiNg wars , iNtrudiNg iN the local issues of world countries. To realize my ambition I had drafted a fiNe plan to resolve all the problems of INdia by which the government can gear up for hardy body-wiNdy miNd-holy soul. I had named it Operation INdia 2000. The maiN goal of the plan is to make INdia prosperous. Why because poverty is the maiN cause for many problems iN INdia .

For the prosperity of INdia it must employ all of its stuff iN agricultural production. As INdia is very suitable country for agricultural sector and already 70% of the population is dependiNg upon agriculture. The maiN challenge to agriculture is floods iN north and drought iN south. So I had concluded that the INdian rivers must be liNked first. There are 10 crore unemployed youth beiNg wastiNg their energy iN masturbatioN sex, homo sex ,eve teasiNg crimes, terrorism ,politics and all. So I had thought to use the stuff iN youth iN liNkiNg INdian rivers. So that I had recommended iN my plan to form a special army with 10 crore unemployed youth to liNk all INdian rivers.

Already there are 1000s of land lords ruliNg villages and runniNg parallel governments. If rivers are liNked they will become more prosperous and become the local dons. So to balance the distribution of the factors of production among two classes and to give an opportunity to the weaker section to take active part iN production and share iN national iNcome I had suggested the INdian government to undertake all agricultural lands. As there is no economical resources the government can issue compensation iN shape of bonds payable iN double after five years. Then the government has to implement co-operative farmiNg. The farmers/land lords all must become the members of Local Agriculturists unions and under take farmiNg with the co-operation and supervision of the state and central governments.

The cooperative farmiNg will enable the society to have latest technologies, crop-iNsurances, world wide marketiNg etc. But before it the black money prevailiNg iN the country must be rooted out . For this I had suggested the government to ban present currency and iNtroduce new one. The people who have old currency can be iNstructed to have the new by handover old currencies with documents showiNg that they are out of illegal iNcomes.

To implement all the above revolutionary changes there must be a stable government and an admiNistrated entitled with full powers. For this I had suggested presidential form of government. To implement all these economical resources are vital. To mobilize resources I had enclosed Economy packages 1,2,3,4,( to enable the state governments to improve their revenue with out exploitiNg the public and to miNimize their admiNistrative expenditure) Tirumala vision 1900( to enable the admiNistrative bodies iN pilgrim me centers to miNimize their admn expenditure and to improve their revenue with out disturbiNg the sentiments of devotees) A special package for Government transport corporations etc.

I had suggested to handover Kashmir under the control of INdia to UNO and to pressure Pak also to hand over pak occupied Kashmir to UNO. By this INdia can divert funds from defense budge to the project of LiNkiNg INdian rivers. I had also suggest do try the same formula with chiNa also. By this INdia will become prosperous and it can gear up for the hardy body-wiNdy miNd-holy soul of INdians.

For the communication and implementation of the above plan I am workiNg hard from November of 1997 itself. I am approachiNg the Speaker of loksabha to communicate my plan to all MPs. I had sent 200 copies of my plan and requested him to arrange for the distribution of my plan papers to MPs. But iNvaiN. I am committed to safe guard the self respect and to resolve all the problems of India .I was already a bread hunter the neglegency of the Former Cmand present CM of had made me a begger.

I am aged only 38 years. But I had a lot of bitter experience with the Indian central and state govt machinery.

I am a working journalist in a leading telugu daily. Yet I have a lot to share with you. only for the development my mother land I had drafted a fine plan to resolve all the problems of our country. I had named it as Operation India 2000.

I am furnishing the main points of my plan. 1. Implementing presidential form of govt. 2. Appointing a special army with 10 crore unemployed youth. 3. Handing over the project of linking Indian rivers to them. 4. Abolishing present currency and introducing new one. 5. Undertaking all the agricultural lands after paying compensation in shape of bonds payable in double after five years. 6. Implementing co-operative farming.

I had given theoretical and historical references and methods to minimize the administrative expenses of the central and state governments and to mobilize funds for the project.

I had made 200 copies and sent it to the office of the speaker of loksabha by registered post. . I had requested him to arrange for the distribution of the copies to the mps. (11-6-98). In beginning they denied the delivery of the copies. After referring to the proof of delivery sent by me they asked for a fresh copy of my plan and promised for making many copies and distributing them to the mps. I had sent but they hadn’t distributed the copies.

In the same way I had sent the copy to the cm of ap sri.N .chndrababu naidu.(November of 97). I was regularly reminding and sending fresh copies. On 22nd of april 2002 I had vexed and sent Rs.10 through MO with a note that if there is no resources even for the postage to respond on the letters from the public take delivery of the mo and respond. On 3rd of augest 2002 they asked for my proposals to place them before the cm. I had sent. But there was no response .

I had field a petition before the district consumers forum in chittoor. By knowing this through dailies the deputy secretary of cm had wrote me and promised for the appropriate usage of my plan. When my mo was delivered and cm office hadn’t responded

I had wrote to the clp leader (Present cm) the office of the clp leader had responded in favour.Even though the regime of chandrababu was over the same officials are continuing in pahee. They are planfully doing their best to hide my letters from the eyes of the cm. Only to communicate the problem to the cm

I had sat on hunger strike from 2nd of October 2004. Media had covered well the issue. Revenue report gone. Police report gone. Intelligence report gone .The sp had conveyed regrets on the negligence of the cm pashee and promised me that he will take this to the notice of the cm. But invain.

Responding to my emails the cm pashee sent a mail and instructed me to contact the collector. I had contacted. But in spite of many reminders there was no response. Due to this I had announced a padhayathra to the state capital to meet the cm on 8th of april 2005.. But the leaders of BC,SC,Vaddara,Madhiga sangams had rendered unconditional support to my plan operation India 2000 and requested me to go by bus if I do so they will also accompany me.

So that I had dropped and planning for a bus yathra to the state capital. I had communicated the above issue along with a DD for Rs.10/- to the District public information officer also. But they had adviced me to contact the CM pashee. Now it had been sent to the State Public information officer with DD for Rs 10/-

Presidential form of govt:
Sir.. first of all I thank u for your response. in Presidential form the president will be directly elected ..so he may be a most favourable person to masses and will enjoy full power. He need not satisfy MPs . He can concentrate on public issues only.
Abolishing present cuurency:
It is the only way to vanish black money. If the govt abolishes the present currency and instruct the people to exchange it with accounts in banks the total black money will be vanished.

Co-operative farming:
Co-operative system is now failed only due to the political interferes. In presidential form of govt there will be power to MLAs or MPs or Ministers. So that it will be most successful.

Undertaking agri. lands;
If the land is private property the crops and profits will go the private people. Then while digging channels the issue of componsations and all that may arise. If all the lands are undertaken the project will go without delay

Any how I thank u again. What the hell is PM,President,Sonia all are the selfish crooks no one is interested in public issues. I had communicated in all modes. No ideat hadnt responded

Dirty fourty

I had formed this title in 1999 it self. I am an indian and I had the darshan of fourty dirties in my life in our country . in my trails to communicate the solution for the all problems of India. Our Bloody MPs are enjoying all the hell they have to plan and solve the problems of the country. But my self? I hadnt been elected atleast as a ward member .. Yet I had analysed the falls and regains of the economies of the world countries and drafted a plan (Operation India 2000) . You can know more about it afterwards.. I am giving few hints from my plan.. All the 10 crore unemployed will be employed- all the Indian rivers would be linked in a short period .. present currency will be banned and new one will be intreduced (to root out the black money) ,co-operative farming will be implemented..Presidential form of govt will be there.

Coming to the point as I had the darshans of the above dirty fourty I want share my feeling about them.

Dirty number one
The prosittutionalised journalism. I had drafted a fine plan to resolve all the problems of India. I had sent 200 copies of my plan to the Speaker of loksabha to distribute among the mPs .(11-6-98)

But he hadnt done it. I had wrote the issue with all documentary eveidence to the dailies in Tamil,Telugu,and English. But except some 3 no magazine had flashed this crucial news.

Still in the year 2003 the CM of AP him self promised me for the appropriate usage of my plan.

Afterwards it had became the care taker govt. The successors also not taken any action.

I had sat on hunger strike for 10 days..no use!

I had announced a padha yathra to the state capital no use.

A bunch of modern poetries

It is a bunch of Telugu modern poetries written by me. Even though my writings had been published in many Telugu magazines i.e., Adhivaram Andhrajyothi, Psycology Today,Kaliyuganaradha and all that ..It is a separate task, which was possible only with the grace of God.

Heard about the Mother of Gods:
As my mother tong is Tamil. Writing poetries in Tamil may be logical but in Telugu? It is just a miracle. In the year 2000 I was to meet some friends who were aware of the importance of Saktheya one among the Shanmathaz in which only the Shakthi is a vital power. Sree.Sree.Sree.Bhuvaneshwari was the central theme of their discussions Unfortunately as all the valuables this one also was also unused or not well used by them. But they were the sources by which I heard about the mother of Gods. They were used to telling cock and bull stories under this topic.
The chain of previous births:
From 1986 them I was chanting the divine Rama manthra. Only to get rid of the sexual thoughts I had started to pray Hanuman. And only to get the presence of Hanuman I was chanting Rama manthra. Hara –refers Shiva and Uma –refers Parvathi ..Ramakrishna Paramahamsa says that one who chants Rama manthra he will get the grace of both hara and Uma as the Ra in Rama represents Shiva and Ma in Rama represents Uma.

There is a rule that only if one chants panchakshari-Om namasivaya- in his life time then only he will be qualified to chant Rama manthra in next birth. In the same way he has to Chant Rama manthra in his next birth and become qualified to chant Hreenkara Beejam
Which is the Beejakshara of Bhuvaneshwari in his third birth.

I was lucky :
As I Was lucky I had chanted panchakshari for some time and Rama manthra for 14years (1986 to 2000) and got the Beejakshara of Bhuvaneshwari. From 23rd of December 2000 I am continuously chanting Hreem.

For this I have to try my self with several subjects there are just 9 planets in Astrology but they influence every thing under the sky so that. I was to do more.

With my efforts I came to some conclusions. I am furnishing things below:

1. This creation is a continuous process .
Every thing at this creation are interlinked, connected, and made with same elements. But with a different combination. Every element is influencing the other.

2. While talking about the planets and the human they influence each other . Baby is a film roll and the mother is a Camera. When ever the shutter open’s it becomes a unchangeable photograph.

3.God is the prime minister and the planets are the ministers. As prime minister allots the departments to the ministers the God implemented a division of labor. The God divide all the things into 9 groups and given control to each planet on each group.
If we have good communication with a minister. He does better with our obligations . If there are misunderstanding’s we can’t expect favorable orders.In the same way if a planet is in a good position at our horoscope it helps and does good in the fields allotted to it by the God.

4.As I had already told the creation is a continuous process. If we had done good to the group of people ruled by a planet at previous birth, in this birth we shall born at a time on which the particular planet rules the particular group would be at a good position as we had helped in the previous birth those people they will help us in this birth.

But the leaders of BC,SC,Vaddara,Madhiga sangams had rendered unconditional support to my plan operation India 2000 and requested me to go by bus if I do so they will also accompany me. So that I had dropped and planned for a bus yathra to the state capital. As I had already wasted my economical potentiality in this matter it was impossible to conduct a bus yatra.

Information Act:

I had communicated the above issue along with a postal order for Rs.10/- to the District public information officer also. But they had adviced me to contact the CM pashee. then it had been appealed to the State Public information officer with postal order for Rs 10/- Still there was no response in this way finally I had complained to the central information commission. They declared that as teh jursdiction fo the state and central information commissions were the same (?) they cannot do any thing in this issue.

I am working hard to make India rich and to free it from the hunger and exploitation. For this . I had drafted a fine plan to link Indian rivers with a special army formed with 10 core unemployed youth in India. And I am struggling with the state and central governments for the communication and implementation of the plan.

In my struggle I was to face lot of bitter experiences. With my own experience , I strongly allege that all the mail ids of the present MPs are bogus/null and void. Why because I had personally derived their ids from the Government of .India portal (www.nic.in) and sent mail to every body. But no mail was properly delivered. Every mail was returned with a note *Unknown user
my plan:
I had named my plan operation India 2000. In 11th of June 1998 itself I had sent 200 printed copies of the plan to the Loksabha speaker and requested him to arrange for the distribution of the same to MPs.

In beginning there was no response from Delhi. After the initiation taken by our MP Sri.N.Ramakrishna Reddy they wrote me a letter denying the delivery of plan copies.

Even though our MP was interested office of the Loksabha had denied the receipt of the plan. I had sent them the proof of delivery. Then they wrote me that they couldn't trace the parcel in their office. They had requested me to send a fresh copy and they would make many copies and disburse them to the MPs. I had sent on the same day. But they hadn't done it even on this day.

I had communicated this plan to our chief ministers office also. (From November of 97). But no response in spite of 1000s of reminders. According to the information act I had approached the District Information officer, State information officer with in the prescribed interval . But there was no information. On 10th of July I had approached the information commission. Then I was to knock the doors of central information commission . But they have wrote me that as the jurisdiction of the state and central governments are the same ,they couldn’t do any thing.

The main points of above said plan:

Exploitation in Telugu print Media

You may be shocked to hear that Indian media which is advocating against exploitation is itself exploits its reporters/sub editors/editors/sales representatives/advertisement representatives and leads them towards black mailing and corruption. Yes it is my personal exit is my personal experience . I am prepared to give this same statement as an affidavit.

In beginning I too trusted that media is beyond corruption and it is the last trust for a victim. But as well as I had entered in to the media as reporter in chittoor Andra Pradesh I had understood that media means exploitation by the management and leading journalists to corruption and blackmailing.

All the leading Telugu dailies are having their own news agency. For example :

Enadu-News today ; Andhrajyothi-Online, Vartha – Prabhatha vartha. ; Andhraprabha –keerthi News Net work. Every reporter other than staff reporter will be appointed to the concern news agency. Even though he is serving to the major Telugu daily according to law and records he is a worker of un known news agency. They will get only line account. It means 30 or 50 paisa per Centimeter. But the same magazine may collect Rs.75 to 175 per CM for publishing commercial advertisements. Only in some of the dailies the staff reporters are paid salary. That too in some of the dailies i.e. Andhraprabha in past will not pay a single piece from the head office. The staff reporter has to run the unit office out of commercial and government advertisements . After meeting all the expenses i.e. Office rent, power charges, telephone charges ,salary to the DTP operator only he can take his salary. Some times the advertisement manager may double cross the staff reporter and fly with advertisement charges. Except 5 major dailies no reporter is paid line account also. They have live with corruption and blackmailing by using the logo of the newspaper.

Due to this some of the staff reporters are swallowing all the advertisement charges received . But no one is courageous to sue on him. Why because if they want to sue on them they have to recognize them as their employee. The print media is very keen in flashing exploitation in the society. But the print media it self exploiting the workers. It is a cruel joke .

All the dailies are pressuring their reporter to canvas for advertisements and fixing targets. By this indirectly the management pressures him to bow to the rich, powered, ruling class. I had worked as a town reporter for Andhraprabha Telugu daily from chittoor for 2 years. One year I was to work even without an ID and aggradations . In the next year only the management recommended the DPRO to issue aggradations . I was to work with out receiving a single paisa. As I am an astrologer and a son of Retired District Treasury officer I was able to maintain my family without any corruption. But I had noticed that many reporters were turned in to *Dalaries (middle men) and exploiting the people .

Always they will be at police stations, check posts, office of the MRO and recommending somebody for some thing. They would collect their bribes even before the work is completed. Some of them were collecting monthly bribes from check posts, and in some government offices also. Recently the managements of Dailies are applying another tactics . They are running school of journalisms and giving training . In the training period itself they are used to publish the news items given by the students of school of journalism .

There was a hearsay about the entry of Vartha Telugu daily by Sangi brothers. It was alleged that the management of Vartha and Enadu had tried to get some 100s of Aceres of land in ..:namespace prefix = st1 ns = "urn:schemas-microsoft-com:office:smarttags" />Hyderabad city and Enadu was successful. Only due to this failure sangi brothers had started Vartha just to balance the imbalance while comparing to Ramoji rao groups (Enadu).

Recently a demand was created by the management of Soorya Daily (to be released in short time / there is a hearsay that it belong to the kith and kin of the CM ofAP ) for reporters.

These are all well known truths. What the hell is going on ? Is the labour commission is in deep sleep? Is the working journalist union is at coma ?

TIRUMALA VISION 1900

(It is a bunch of suggestions to get back the novelty in Tirumala as in 1900 A.D and minimizing administrative expenditure of the TTD. It was sent on 19/9/1999 it self. Reminded many times. Rs.10 was sent by MO at least to return. But nothing was done)

The legend around Tirumala says that Sreevaru had borrowed a huge sum from Lord kubhera for his marriage expenditures and he has to return it at the end of kaliyuga. But the TTD is going on spending the revenue of Tirumala. It is nothing but vanishing the trust of countless devotees and degrading the legend. So the TTD must minimize the administrative expenditures and it has to buy gold coins with the surplus revenue. The gold coins must be kept at the gold investment scheme of central government.

1.The Tirumala must be filled only with spirituality . All the things other than sreevaru must be be banned. An amusement park must be planned at the out skirts of Tirupathi. The devotees who are interested to have thrill,pastime must go there. first. After fulfilling their perversion then only they may be permitted in to Tirumala.

2.In Tirupathi bus station it self unnecessary luggages of the devotees must be kept safely with free of cost. DVDs must be made with dos and don'ts with film actors and actresses must be projected even in the TTD chowltries (where the devotees have their sudarshan tokens.), Tirupathi bus station and also in the buses which carry devotees to Tirumala.

3.Traveling other than with govt transport corporation buses must be banned. Even the VIPs must be carried with RTC buses having bullet proof.

4.The image of Garuda must be painted on the buses. only Spiritual movies must be projected or spiritual songs must be broad coasted in buses.

5.The environment in Tirumala must make the devotees to feel that they have switched on the Time machine to 1900 A.D. All the things which remember 20 th century must bee removed. ie. pepsi -cok hoardings

6.The services of the intellectuals (ie. civil engineers artists, doctors, auditors ) , who are the devotees of Sreevaru in the world must be used at free of cost at least for a month in a year. Free accommodation and darshan must be given to them.(The TTD is implementing Sreevari seva -using devotees to work for serving food in nithyannadhanam etc.. It is nothing but the pirated copy of my vision sent on 18/9/1999 it self by courier service)

7.All the employees of TTD must under go a complete medical-psychological test. Who found deceased must be sent on leave. for necessary treatment. Only after submitting fitness certificate they must be given postings.

8.The employees must under go an examination conducted on the history of Tirumala and sreevaru , who fails must be sent on leave. Only after passing re examination they can be given postings. If they fail again they must be deputed to any other department of government.

9.The employees having consumption of Alcohol must be deputed to any other department of govt.

10.The economical conditions of the employees must be reviewed. TTD has to help its employees to come out from the private credits.

11.TTD has to conduct picnics to the members of the families of TTD employees and it has to motivate them to feel proud that their head of the family is blessed to serve for sreevaru. TTD has to motivate them to lead a simple life with high thinking.

12.All the employees in TTD must wear uniforms ie; pancha ,dhothi, kanduva and thala paga. They have to work with desks and beds.

13.No employee must be permitted to work in a same seat more than 6 days. A jumbling method must be followed.

14.TTD's magazine Sapthagiiri must be edited by various VIPs every month ie. by mega star chiranjeevi, super star rajinikanth etc

15.Advertisements belong to TTD mustn't be published in any news papers. The must be placed only at the website of TTD. The website may offer matrimonial services for reasonable cost.

16.Every employee of the AP state government must be given an opportunity to serve for Sreevaru at least for a week in a year. In the same way TTD employees must be deputed at least for a week to any department of the state government.

17.TTD must have a own TV channel. (It is been implemented.)

18.TTD must generate power only through solar system, biogas units. But it must be supplied to Tirupathi. The power bill of TTD must be paid only out of the power sold to Tirupathi.

19.TTD may think even to arrange yellow sarees and dhothies to devotees for rent to avoid the devotees who come with ultra modern dresses.

20.Retired film ,cricket,political, judicial personalities may be appointed as Honorable PRO s to receive the VIPs who visit Tirumala. The EO may be able to attend his administrative duties.

21.The finger prints of the criminals in India searched for several crimes must be loaded in a computer. It must be at the security cabin . There must be a scanner at the threshold of the temple. Every devotee has to keep his hands on it. The scanner have to scan the hand prints and sent it to the computer. If it finds it at the data base it has to alarm.

22.No product or service must be given to devotees at free of cost. All must be arranged at reasonable cost and in ISI standard. (No devotee is willing to have any thing for free. They are very particular about the quality
